no me reconoce las licencias trial (de Prueva)

tenia las licencias trial hasta fin de año pero me puso unviable y ahora no estan 


y si las quiero poner nuevamente trial dice que ya estan instaladas en este pc , que puedo hacer? no me deja guardar

    Try reinstalling RobotStudio and see if that let's you reactivate your license.
