Collision Avoidance not showing with IRB660

I have completed a dual system with a pair of 6700s with CA and I'm happy with that and it tested OK, but now I have a 6700 and 660, but I cant see the setting for the 660, where can I enable it for the 4 axis to show the ROB_2 geometry ??

    I have updated to RW 6.11 and I am now able to download the geometry of just the two robots and the CA does work.
    However when I download either the model of my 2x tools or just boxes to pretend to be a tool, it does not work and I get this error

    any ideas?
