How to restore the backup data of the actual robot to Robot Studio

This is my first post.
I would like to restore the backup data of the actual robot to Robot Studio,  Can anyone teach me how to do this?

    Do you have a RS station of the Real Station? If you have you can restore the backup from the Controller Tab under Backup option.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.
    The error message "EIO.cfg is invalid" is displayed and I cannot proceed. I’ll do some more research.

    When try first to restore only the EIO.cfg file but when prompted what you should do with the old one, select delete existing parameters before loading.

    After that try and restore the backup. And use the EIO.cfg file in the backup you wish to restore.
