One Mechanism --> two external axes

Hello,
I am trying to repeat with RS 5.08 something I did before with RS 4.0 and I have a problem with it.
I have created a mechanism with two axes and I have made a library. I have two .cfg files to configure each axis, but when I add these parameters in the VC the program asks for two libraries!
I tried then to get the two axes description in one cfg file, but I cannot add this file to the VC, it crashes.
So, is there another way to do this with two cfg files or do I have a problem with this cfg file containing the two mechanical units?
Thank you very much for your help!
Anna
