How do I hook up and program a VFD Spindle to IRC5 Controller and what commands in rapid would I use to make it turn on/off and can I change the frequencies with rapid to change the speed?

    It depends on what kind of VFD it is, and what available IO you have. You can either do it traditionally using discrete IO to start/stop the motor and an analog output to change the frequency of the drive, or you can do it over Ethernet as long as you have the Ethernet scanner option.
