Create new project option removed non premium users

Hi,

Looks like since the create new project option has been removed for robot studio user that don't have premium:


I do have a premium license on my machine and there it does show:




So does that mean that my colleagues without premium can't create projects from a backup?

If you look at the compare license menu, this seems like a bug: https://new.abb.com/products/robotics/robotstudio/robotstudio-desktop
