[Bug] SmartComponent.DynamicProperty.AllowedValues not updated until closing Properties window

When AllowedValues of a DynamicProperty is updated while Properties frame is opened, its combo items (list when clicking on its arrow) are not updated.
You have to close properties frame and reopen it.
This worked well on older version of RS.
You can test it with my RSMoveMeca SmartComponent.
