RAPID Path Editor

Is RAPID Path Editor supposed to be a license only feature? Tooltip when you hover over doesn't indicate a license is required like other buttons/features. Editor does not work when licensing is disabled.

    I think it should be free, but it does require a full install (i.e. not online-only).

    This is using a full install. It works with my license enabled but doesn't when I disable it.
