Robot not saving changes

I have a set up of 3 cutting robots. One of them is not saving any modifications I do. Is only does this on one product. The other products, all robots save respectively. 

What could be the issue? 

I have deleted the module and loaded another which was a back, yet still same issue. When i do the modifications on manual, it shows that they are done but once in auto, discards everything.

    What version of robot controller and robotware?  What do you mean by save?  Are you manually saving the module after changes or is there some automatic saving written into the robot code?
