When I turn the key switch on my ABB robot (IRC5 Single model) to Automatic mode and set the speed to 100%, the robot slows down automatically to 3%. It seems like there is a problem—although everything is set to full speed, the actual speed drops drastically.
When I set it to manual mode, starting from the home position, it goes step by step to where its position is fixed, the problem is that it doesn't turn on in automatic mode.

    To execute in automatic mode you need the deadman grip on the TP pressed and hold the 'play' button on the TP aswell. if any is released the robot will stop.
