After Loaded the EIO.cgf, the Omnicore Controller is in System Failure State

Hi All,
Please:
After Loaded the EIO, the Omnicore Controller is in System Failure State.

One of the errors is shown in the picture below:

1- And this error is regarding those lines:

EIO_SIGNAL:

#7 DO Controller is in motors ON state

-Name "MotorOn_Sts" -SignalType "DO" -Device "EN_InternalDevice"\

-Access "All" -Label "162-161-7 Data[5].2"-DeviceMap "162"

SYSSIG_OUT:

#7 DO The I/O signal is set when the controller is in motors on state.

-Name "MotorOn" -Status "MotorOn_Sts"

I have other errors for more Outputs and Inputs, similar to that one.
The I/O engineering it is not yet loaded.
The EIO is the only file now into the Controller.

2- I tried to delete the file from the Controller, but I was not able to find it here:
at what folder could be?...I went into all of them.

The error here is system I/O signals should be placed in the sys.cfg, and they are not.
Let's try to do that!
