my license can not use

I have a problem about trial licence on RobotStudio.when I rename my computer the license Activation Failed.How can ı fix this problem?

  Send an email to softwarefactory_support@se.abb.com with the activation key and they will help you. For reference, this is listed in the manual in section C Technical support.
