Using IRB 365 without PickMaster
Hello to all, we would like to control positioning of IRB 365 using PLC and camera, we would have CTM 2000 for conveyor tracking. Conveyor would move 200mm/sec. Can we do it without Pickmaster? Camera would send info to PLC and PLC would send coordinates to robot. Any experience and advice for such setup. Thanks in advance.

No problems. PickMaster is an option and is optional.
Just trigger the conveyor tracking signal "New object" with the same signal that triggers a camera photo.
The robot will then "track where the image is" and you can send the results to the robot while the object is moving.Systemintegrator - Web / C# / Rapid / Robotstudio
