I have an EPS sync problem.
I was called over the weekend for an EPS sync required error. The robot went to do a sync like it has done a million times before, but this time, it would not complete. The Sync switch it providing 24 volts to the EPS controller (3HAC026271-001) and nothing has physically changed. I have tried re-creating and enabling the EPS configuration with no change in result. I have checked everything in this list, but to no avail. The pin is correct, it has a safety config, the config is now new so it shouldn't be corrupted, the SMB bus hasn't changed in the 10 years it's been here, and we have 24 volts at the IO supply of the EPS controller. Any ideas on why this is happening? Is the EPS controller bad?
