Why is my DSQC 1042 not configuring correctly on my Omnicore C90X

I have 2 CRB1300s that each have a DSQC1042 that manages all of the safety devices. After getting the device set up and configured correctly, it runs normally until the robot loses power. After that, the DSQC1042s stop configuring properly and it is very difficult to bring them back online. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anyway we can fix this problem?
