Blank RobotWare 5 Virtual FlexPendant screen

When creating a new virtual controller with any version of RW5, the virtual flexpendant screen is white/blank.
RW6 virtual systems however seem ok.
I have all available RW5 installed.
Any thoughts why this is happening?

    I would try and older version.

    I had to replace a missing atl100.dll at location: C:\Windows\SysWOW64  to fix the RW5 blank FP screen.
    This must have been replaced with the atl110.dll file that was present after a recent Microsoft update.
    Both files in the above location are OK.
