Hello,

5.09 has screen record function. But it's resolution is very rough.

Can we have better resolution? There is option to define resolution.

But it's for only size and not for resolution.

    I'm not sure what you mean exactly. To me, resolution is the same as size (in pixels).

    Hello Johannes,

    I mean that function has too few colors. It looks like TV image made in a few decades ago.

    I want high quality image data to show to our customers.

    Unfortunately the color fidelity is a limitation of the Windows Media screen codec that is used. I suggest you disable gradient background (Tools -> Options -> Graphics Appearance) to get rid of the worst color banding.
    If that is not enough, you will have to use a third-party solution, such as Camtasia.
