Proper names of some software?

Hello,

I've recently started working with a company which uses ABB products, and have had difficulty with phone representatives of the company in describing the software packages I have.  Additionally, I can find almost nothing about them on the corporate website, or even on the Internet in general.

Before I post any questions, I think it'd be best to clear things up and confirm that the following are proper names of ABB products:

  • WS500
  • PED500
  • AQL
  • SCADA
  • SPIDER

    Ah, my apologies.

    To your knowledge, are there any forums for other ABB software products?

    I'm not aware of any, have you tried contacting your local ABB tech support or sales organization?
