new updated robot IRB6640 loading problem

Hi,

   i met with a problem,when i wanna load the IRB6640-180-320 downloaded from ABB website library to the Robotstudio 5.09 and create a new system from layout,there always pop up a dialogue shown as follows:

 How can i solve it ? thanks very much!
