Instruction Templates in rs5.11

Where do you IMPORT an instruction template in rs5.11?

I've found where to export them the same as rs5.10,... but I really need to be able to IMPORT them the same as rs5.11 as well

    Hi,
     

    The Import Template button is at the same place as in RS 5.10, at the top of the Template Manager.

    ...duh!... okay, rookie error.... the scroll bar had me missin' it..  
    Now I'm imagining functionality changes between the versions.
