License installation without internet?

Hello,
Our customer's PC is under special condition and it can't connect to internet. So we don't know how to install license. In previous version they could install it without conncetion. Please tell me how to install license without connection to internet.

    Hi Yu,

    If the online activation is not possible, external customers can do the activation manually.
    Follow the steps below:
    Choose the second option in the Activation Wizard: "I want to request a license file".
    Click 'Next'
    Write in your Activation Key and click 'Next'
    Click "Save Request..." to an easy place to retrieve the file again...
    Then click the link found in the wizard to get to 'MySubscription'.
    Login with the login sent to your customer via e-mail earlier this year.
    If you are not redirected within seconds, click 'Continue'
    Click then on 'Activate product' and upload the saved lic.file from earlier.
    And download the key file.
