Virtual controller cannot start suddenly

Hello,

I've got the error message below and cannot start VC anymore suddenly. What is this?

    Which version os RS and RW do you have?
     

    Have you installed latest version of RW?

    I usually open system builder and make a copy of the controller (just in case).  Then modify the existing system and go through the prompts...works sometimes to restore the system.
