Hi , Trying to install WW 4.9 onto windows server 2008 with IIS 7.0.
Anyone managed this as I am having problem after problem. I appear to be slowly making progress but not managed to open the home page yet.

Why would you want to install on a Windows version that the product has not been tested or verified for? Even if you get it up and "running" you wouldn't know if you have full functionality working. Then if you run in to problems you will not get any support.

Can you still buy server 2003 and get the support from microsoft if necessary? We asked for a server and got windows 2008. Thats why. Why have ABB not tested it yet then? :_)

Yes, you can still buy Windows Server 2003. It is no longer sold "over the counter" but its sold by partners and vendors.Yes, you can get the support from Microsoft if necessary. (Depending on the version and country).
