A suggestion..

Hi, some time ago i found out about the existence this forum. But the way i found this forum was equal to the chanse of being struck by lightning.. In other words, it's very hard to find. Personally i find this forum very helpful, and i reckon it will be usefull to other users of ABB software too. But currently the "community" of this forum is still very small, and i think this has something to do with the fact that this forum is very hard to find (and last week the link to this site from www.abb.com/robotics has been removed too).

This is the reason i'd like to make a suggestion... Wouldn't it be a good idea to "promote" this site a bit more actively? Like placing links to this forum in the relevant sections on www.abb.com or even other sites. This way the forum will be noticed by more people, the "community" will grow, more information will be submitted and thus will increase the usefullness of this forum.

Besides solving other people's problems you'll get a better input about the functionality/shortcommings and perhapse..good ideas to develope your software even better/further... Wink

To that matter you might want to post a "sticky"-thread where people can post their ideas and findings..

Finaly i want to point out that there is another "ABB software support forum" out there.. It's not very active (read: almost dead) but i just want to bring it to everyones attention (doing my part of the promoting Wink).. might be usefull to you..

  • Hello Melk,

    Thank you for your proposals!

It is nice to hear that you find this forum very helpful.

I agree that it is not easy to find the forum but we are working on a solution at the moment.
