IRB 360 with standard protection in food industry

Do you have experience with usage of IRB 360 with standard arm protection (I'm not sure is this IP 56 or 67) in food industry. IRB 360 with 6 kg payload and 1600 mm reach has only standard protection option. Can it be used in food (meat) industry, can we wash those graphite arms and aluminum delta plate. Thanks.

    According to the robot specification manual the standard protected IRB360 is IP54, the wash down version is IP67 , and the stainless wash down version is IP69K.

    Generally meat processing plants wash down with strong alkaline/acid detergents - unfortunately only the stainless wash down version is designed to withstand this type of detergent wash down.
