What is the latest RobotWare that supports the CP 1616.

Currently I'm running RobotWare 5.17 on a IRC5-m2004. But I want to upgrade it to a later Robotware version, but the PROFINET M/S CP1616 is not support for RobotWare 5.6x. So what would be the latest RobotWare that supports the CP 1616.?
