Advice needed for Beginner

 Hi all, I am currently embarking on a new career upgrade and my company (who's name shall be withheld) has tasked me to learn (on my own)

and in the near future, run programs on the robotic arm in which the company has spend thousands on.

the robot in question is, the ABB IRB120.

I do have engineering knowledge though just as a diploma, and truth be told I require a lot of assistance.


do any of you have any recommendations as to where I should start with? or how did some of you learn the trade of mastering these awesome machines?

I have tried reading the manual and sadly am not a fan of coding but I am trying my best.
