Palletizing powerpack frequent crashes

Hello to all, I'm not sure how often people are using PzPP, but I can say that for me this PP is so often crashing that I'm wondering why would anyone order this software with so many bugs. I know that other robot producers have similar software packages, and they are usually much more  simple and more reliable for usage. It is interesting that crashes are happening in all versions, from 5.12 to 6.04. Hopefully someone at ABB will try to fix this PP.

Hello User, can you please elaborate when actually the crash happens, can you please provide us with scenarios or stations which you are using during the crash so we can look into this issue and try to fix the same.
