Swaping I/O for Fronius welder

Hello all, I'm having a little issue and very new to the robotics field. We have (2) IRB 4600 robot using a dual IRC5 controller. w/ Fronius MIG

The owner of the company wants to create (2) independent cells for the robots. One to weld carbon steel, & one for aluminum.

We started working on the carbon steel cell first. When the crew sat the robot in the cell on the riser it was config as Rob_2 also the weld vendor install the Fronius welder and config.

The owner wanted it swapped around, so I swapped the robots around in the controller and updated the SMB memory.

Everything works fine expect the welder will not communicate anymore. The Fronius guys config the welder with DeviceNet on DSQC 659 as IOFronius2 and went ahead and config for the aluminum welder. (Which is not even installed yet) as IOFronius1 & had it deactivated at start .

So every time I try to run a program I get no contact with unit IOFroniusSim1.  I try everything I know of to swapped the welders around, but haven't had any luck.

Could some please point me in the right direction.
