Collada Add In Export Error

Hello,
everytime I try to Export a Simulation in RobotStudio with the Collada Add-In, the process stops and I get this Error Message:

RobotStudio .NET exception: Exception of type 'System.Exception' was thrown.

   at RobotStudio.Services.GraphicConverters.Collada.ColladaExport.ProcessAnimData(SimRecording recording)
   at RobotStudio.Services.GraphicConverters.Collada.ColladaExport.Export(String fileName, ProjectObject root, SimRecording recording, Boolean skipInvisibleObjects)
   at RobotStudio.UI.Simulation.SimulationControl.<Simulator_StateChanged>d__9.MoveNext()

The Solution is quit big (~500MB), but I have also tested some Demo-Solutions and they also do not work.
The Message appears after the Add-In wants me to save the File!
RobotStudio Version: 6.04.01
Collada Version: 6.03 (downloaded from ABB Add-In Website)

Does anybody know this Error or has an idea what could be the problem?
