IdxWobj1 position way off, even after calibration

Ive been trying to get my robot to pack into 2 boxes. 1 box (idxwobj2) packs fine. IdxWobj1 doesnt pack anywhere near where I calibrated it. Im not sure if this can be related to the SMBus errors ive been getting or not. After first pick and place it ends up over Idxwobj2 instead of being over Idxwobj1. Also the head is rotated almost 45 degrees out.. Any ideas?
