OS corrupted (S4C+) New Installation??

The OS of my S4C+ is corrupted, but the Flash is still OK .Now I need to install VX Works, but I dont know how this works. I use a 64 MB Flash Disk. I think I need an Image (Acronis) to rebuild the system. I heard that the files have to be on the correct sector on the flash. Can anyone help me??
