Having problem in setting up Worldzones in IRC5

Hi,

I am trying to set world zones and i am having issue in setting up worldzone

I created a world zone program in Main module and i have create a PowerON event and A STEP event routine and linked the world zone to this event.
When i jog to my conveyor pounce  location i need to set my DO roatconvp ON but i am getting an error : 40664 Task: T_ROB1. The " zone " worldzone already been define and activated.a world zone only be defined once.

I am attaching a complete backup of my controller.
