ABB RobotS are Spot
I'm always getting plate thickness faults, out of 17 spot welds, 3 have the fault, I "sent to tip dress" then it may fault at 4 welds or 1 weld,,, I tried retouching, increasing weld thickness parameter,,,, butt always need to "ignore" fault to keep the line in production. Need help!
