I am looking for a controllerid.xml or netscanconf.xml file to use as an example to cross a subnet to the IRC5 controller.

Thanks. This is the sample that is online.  I was trying to get one that was modified and working.  There are two other files that are stored in the robot that do the same thing although I was still not able to cross a subnet with the IPS.
