SMB communication failure

So we bought a robot and had to wait a while to install. A couple months later i start the install and get power to the controller. When the robot turned on i got a SMB communication failure error which put the controller in a system fault. I immediately called the seller and ended up having to pay for a new board. I installed the new board and I am still getting the same error with the same result can anyone help me.

    What is the error code?

    Check that the floor cable is plugged in correctly at both ends, and that there are no bent or pushed back pins in the plugs (on the cable, controller and robot).
