Backup not working

When I go to backup system, the Flexpendant (irc5 robot controller) shows a folder "backup_2017*****" but does not populate the folder with any backup information.

Anyone seen this problem before?

Currently I am manually saving Robot1 module to the backup folder to ensure I keep the positions up to date after any maintenance.
