x y z axis-data export with c#

Hello, i am new in this forum and i have one question,
If it possible to get the x y z values in realtime? (max. 1sec delay, using the programming network port)
I used successfully the Rest Service to get some Device Status information. But i dont find any REST parameters for the x y z axis. Do you know, can i use the REST Service from the robot to get these axis in realtime when the robot is moving?
Or you have a better idea to get the Axis in realtime, or a better way to connect(tcp)? (Sorry iam very new in this robotic area, but i have to Programm it in c#)
