S4C plus Won't could boot

wondering in any one can help me out I had to change all the battery's in the controller including 3v dsqc500 I can't cold start it continues saying wait startup in progress waited 3000 seconds but nothing happens I've also change the 3.5" flash drive that has no software installed now as well my guess it's lost all its memory apart from techpendent ram any help would great thanks
