Missing Pre-Installed Grippers/Feeders

Hi everyone,
First of all I'd like to apologize, as I am posting this in the wrong section. I have a question regarding the Palletizing PowerPac and that subsection does not seem very active, which wouldn't be a concern if my problem wasn't quite urgent.
I'm relatively new to robotstudio and I'm still finding my bearings. I was following a tutorial, uploaded onto the robotstudio site by a community member, about palletizing. He uses "Pre-Installed" Grippers and Feeders found under Build Cell --> Add Tool/Feeder --> ABB library in the Palletizing PowerPac section. The thing is, they are not Pre-Installed for me. The library is completely empty. I've tried importing a self made vacuum gripper but that gave me an error aswell.
Does anyone possibly know how to download/install/import those "Pre-Installed" grippers from anywhere? I've looked all over for them on the site and other places but I can't seem to find anything.
Any help would be massively appreciated
