Paint Thickness Prediction
in PowerPacs
Hi All,
This may be a dumb question, but will the Painting Power Pac help estimate thickness based on the paint/path variables set? I'm asking because I have a part to program with deep pockets and want to maintain a relatively even coat, but I may be able to use a standard spray gun without needing to add something specialized. But I'm concerned with pooling in the corners (and bottom), so is there a visualization in the PP that could help me with that? I know there are specialized paint programs with ABB post-processors that I could use, but I'd rather not spend 30k if I can gain at least a little insight into what might happen given different parameters.
Thanks!
