How can I get the axis velocity of robot while doing "MoveJ" ?

Hello.
The references described "MoveJ" as "The tool center point is moved to the destination point with interpolation of the axis angles. This means that each axis is moved with constant axis velocity and that all axes reach the destination point at the same time",so what's the "constant axis velocity"?How can I calculate the accurate value?
Thank you so much!
