Error 90224

Hi, the 90224 error code appears in the flexpendant and says that may be its cable or connection, in the other hand when I see the panel´s inputs EN1 is 0 and EN2 is 1 and when I press the deadman the values from EN1 and EN2 change to 1 and 0. So and don´t know if the flexpendant is really damaged. The controller is IRC5.
