IRC5 hangs during Warm restart.

Dear Sir,
IRC5  hangs when  I try to  Warm restart the controller after configuring device net I/Os. I had to shutdown and restart the controller to update the new  I/O  settings. 
Please suggest some solutions.

    Hi,  I believe the configuration file corrupted. 

    There are 2 way. 
    1) upload the old backup file before it corrupted. 
    2) restart the factory setting. (there an option at advance restart) 

    If you not able to go into window screen at teach pendant, you are required Abb specialist to reboot the irc5 controller.

    I had a similar issue today. I changed the name of a group input and then executed a warm restart. During restart the FlexPendant displayed “Connecting to robot controller”. I could ping the controller from my robot studio PC at this stage. After several attempts at rebooting the controller came back with System Failure 20195. I-start also failed so I had to remove power at the main isolator. Left controller for ten minutes and powered on again. Got a message from Boot Application “system startup error detected”   Ok’d This then selected system and booted up ok. Updated rev counters then restored recent backup.
