Drive Temp Alarm

Dear All,
    I facing alarm in IRB 6600 with M2004 IRC5 controller .When I started the controller i am facing
39467 drive temp alarm
39468  drive temp critical
39469  drive temp warning

remedy says check fans & ambient temp . fans are working ok .
Do you have any idea about these
