Robot 7600 running in abnormal behaviour

Dear ABB support,

I am having 2 issues of the ABB robot model 7600regarding its motion

 

1) Robot motors offline with error code 50387Cartesian Soft Servo close to unstable

Description: Robot running is auto mode but it stop with motor offline

Recovery step : just motor on and resume the operation

 

2) Robot idle and hammer by itself

Description: Robot hammer by itself with very high frequency of moving up and down.

Recovery: Turn the auto key to be manual and resume the operation
