FlexPendant jogging reorient mode problem

There seems to be a problem switching into reorient mode for jogging the robot (IRB6640, IRC5, RobotWare 5.13). The button on the FlexPendant will switch from axis mode to linear mode, but not into reorient mode; however, if reorient is selected in the jogging window, it works fine. Any idea why this might be?
