Text Editor background color
Hi all,
I've just downloaded the RS 6.07 version and once again the same problem.
I've been working for ten years with robot studio and ABB has never fixed it and, to be honest, I really don't understand why.
If you open the options menu and select the text editor properties you can change the text coloring the way you prefer.
It's possible to change every thing but the default background color.
So the final effect is this :
As you probably know, a lot of developers use the black background. It really helps if your eyes suffer due to the light emitted by the white screen.
I've used for a long time another text editor but I obviously prefer RobotStudio for the predective text and syntax correction.
Anyone can help me? Thank you
Best regards

Would definitely be a very nice feature that, I really dislike white backgrounds.

Hello,
The background color for the "default" text should probably say "highlight color" instead. The setting which is greyed out just prevents the default text highlight from being changed, not the background color of the whole editor.
The suggestion for the possibility of changing the background color of the editor has been noted
Thanks.—Maxim RiabichevPC Software Support Engineer0
