FLEXPENDANT STARTUP WHITE SCREEN

Hi all,

I have a coworker actually on the field and he found a problem with a robot FlexPendant / TeachPendant.  He starts up the robot, the screen turns on, but remains white. Robot is working normally, no error, but screen holds completely white.

TP has been swaped, and the error follows the TP. Does anybody know what happens here? They dont have any spare cable/TP.

The connection inside the SxTPU is released probably, Just push it back into the slot and use sticker to fix it there at that position.After falling down it happens sometimes
