activating unit not working correct

I am creating a part in Arcwelding powerpack and 3 or more pathes.  
In the first path I use the actunit action instrustion. (it works fine).
I can then continue in path 2 without activating the unit again.(also fine)
But when I then continue in path3 then it says, that the unit is not activated anymore.

Is that an error or am I missing something?
